This directory contains product-level design documents for Kunora Agent Memory.

Reading Order

1. 问题定义
   Explains why agent memory fails: no long-term memory, insufficient recall, and inaccurate recall.

2. 产品故事
   Describes the user-facing story: how kgent, Codex, Claude, Gemini, OpenClaw, and Hermas become stronger with a shared memory layer.

3. 产品蓝图
   Turns the story into product features: capture, modeling, scope, lifecycle, recall, context delivery, skill collaboration, audit, and multi-agent integration.

4. 记忆与技能的关系
   Defines the boundary between memory and skill, and explains how skill preferences and skill feedback attach to the blueprint.
